Justine A. Asante, LMFT

Justine brings 15+ years of experience across clinical, relational, community, and leadership settings. She has led complex partnership work across more than 30 organizations and has supported accomplished women across executive leadership, entrepreneurship, family life, relationships, and major transitions.
She expanded her work beyond the clinical setting because she kept seeing the same pattern in highly capable women. The more reliable and successful they became, the more people trusted them, praised them, called on them, and built routines around their involvement. Her work helps women understand why it can feel so hard to stop being the one who handles it, even when they are tired of the role.

Lisbeth brings more than 15 years of social work experience and a calm, practical approach to change.

Within selected GGC experiences, she works with women on boundaries, relational patterns, emotional steadiness, and maintaining new behaviors when old expectations return.
