Copyright Policy

This Copyright Policy governs all content, materials, intellectual property, and digital assets owned, operated, or published by The Institute for Sustainable Authority© and Glamorous Goddess Coaching© (collectively referred to as “the Organizations,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This policy applies to all websites, digital platforms, educational portals, publications, assessments, program materials, research documents, social media accounts across various platforms, live and recorded trainings, downloadable resources, and all related services.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content created and distributed by The Institute for Sustainable Authority© and Glamorous Goddess Coaching is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

The Harmonious Sustainable Authority© model
The five-stage framework: Reveal, Rewire, Regulate, Reclaim, Radiate
All program names, including Authority Reset©, Harmonious Authority Lab©, Harmonious Authority Intensive©, Sovereign Authority Circle, and Elite Founder’s Cabinet
Research frameworks, assessments, curriculum design, certification architecture, and proprietary methodologies
Written content, publications, books, articles, graphics, designs, audio, video, and digital downloads
Logos, trademarks, service marks, branding language, and visual identity assets

No portion of our materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial or public use without prior written permission from the Organizations.

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same respect in return. If you believe in good faith that material published by The Institute for Sustainable Authority© or Glamorous Goddess Coaching© infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Your written notice must include the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located (including URL or specific digital location)
Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (if located in the United States) or the appropriate United States federal court if located outside the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice

Counter-notices must be submitted to the Copyright Agent at the contact information listed above.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to suspend or terminate access to our programs, digital platforms, or services for individuals who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Content Posted by Third Parties

From time to time, community members or participants may post content within digital learning environments or across various social media platforms affiliated with our organizations. We do not pre-screen all user-generated content.

If we receive proper notification of alleged infringement or unlawful content, we may:

Remove or disable access to the content
Notify the individual who posted the content
Forward the complaint, including the complainant’s contact information, to the posting party
Take additional appropriate action as necessary

False Claims

Any notice or counter-notice submitted must be truthful and submitted under penalty of perjury. Filing a false claim may result in personal liability, including damages and legal fees. You are encouraged to consult legal counsel before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
