Copyright Policy

1. Ownership of GGC Content

Unless otherwise stated, GGC owns or lawfully uses the website design, written content, graphics, program materials, worksheets, videos, audio, downloads, curriculum, assessments, and other original materials published through GGC. Those materials are protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Proprietary Frameworks and Methods

Certain proprietary frameworks, methods, names, assessments, and related intellectual property used within GGC are owned by Justine Asante and used by GGC with authorization. These include, where applicable, Harmonious Sustainable Authority®, Performative Productivity®, Performance-to-Power Evolution®, Leadership Authority Audit®, the 3-Day Authority Recalibration Intensive, The Authority Reset, and related frameworks, terminology, tools, and derivative materials. No website use or program purchase transfers ownership of this intellectual property.

3. Program and Offer Names

GGC program names, offer names, logos, taglines, and source identifiers may be protected by trademark, service mark, unfair competition, or other laws. Use of a name on this website does not grant permission to use it in connection with another business, service, program, event, course, product, or commercial offering.

4. Personal Use Permission

You may view the public website and, where a download is intentionally provided, retain one copy for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.

5. Uses That Require Written Permission

Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, teach, translate for distribution, adapt for commercial use, upload to a shared resource library, create a competing program from, or publicly display substantial portions of GGC materials.

6. Scraping, Data Mining, and Model Training

You may not use automated scraping, systematic extraction, data mining, or similar methods to collect GGC protected content for republication, commercial database creation, competing products, or training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or developing a commercial artificial intelligence or machine-learning system without written permission.

7. Limited Quotation and Linking

You may link to public GGC pages. Brief quotations for commentary, scholarship, news reporting, or other legally permitted purposes should include clear attribution and, when practical, a link to the original source. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable copyright law, including fair use.

8. Client and User Content

Clients, participants, guests, and other contributors retain rights in original content they create unless a written agreement states otherwise. GGC will not treat a private coaching disclosure as public content merely because it was shared during participation. Testimonials, photographs, recordings, or other client content are used according to the permission granted by the person who provided them.

9. Third-Party Content

Third-party logos, podcast artwork, publication names, photographs, embedded media, linked articles, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on a GGC page does not transfer ownership to GGC.

10. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material on a GGC-controlled website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@glamorousgoddesscoaching.com with: your name and contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL or location of the material at issue, a description of the claimed infringement, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

11. Response to Infringement Reports

GGC may investigate a complete infringement report, request additional information, remove or restrict access to material where appropriate, and respond as required by applicable law. Knowingly false infringement claims may create legal liability.

12. Permission Requests

For permission to reproduce, teach, license, quote extensively from, or otherwise use GGC or Justine Asante proprietary materials, contact contact@glamorousgoddesscoaching.com and describe the material, intended use, audience, format, and distribution.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
