1. Educational and Informational Purpose

 

All content, teachings, coaching sessions, workshops, digital materials, and program experiences provided by Glamorous Goddess Coaching are educational and developmental in nature. They are designed to support leadership expression, feminine embodiment, personal growth, and aligned ambition.

 

Where Institute programs are referenced or accessed, those programs are grounded in the Harmonious Sustainable Authority© model and its five-stage recalibration framework: Reveal, Rewire, Regulate, Reclaim, Radiate. This work addresses systemic performance culture, including generational conditioning that reinforces performative productivity and exhaustion as markers of worth. It supports sustainable authority, healthy ambition, and integrated wellbeing across all domains of a Fellow’s life.

 

Neither Glamorous Goddess Coaching nor the Institute provides medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial services. Participation does not constitute therapy or professional advice. You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If enrolling on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Program Structure and Scope

 

Glamorous Goddess Coaching may offer coaching containers, group programs, workshops, intensives, memberships, and digital products under its own brand structure.

 

The Institute for Sustainable Authority© operates distinct offerings, including Authority Reset©, Harmonious Authority Lab©, Harmonious Authority Intensive©, the Sovereign Authority Circle© (invitation-only), and the Elite Founder’s Cabinet.

 

Enrollment in a Glamorous Goddess Coaching offering does not grant access to Institute programs unless explicitly stated in writing. Enrollment in an Institute program does not automatically include Glamorous Goddess Coaching offerings.

 

We reserve the right to modify program structure, delivery methods, schedules, or facilitators as necessary to maintain program integrity and quality.

4. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, branding, language, curriculum, recordings, frameworks, and content produced by The Institute for Sustainable Authority© are its exclusive intellectual property.

 

All materials, frameworks, methodologies, language, and intellectual property associated with the Harmonious Sustainable Authority© model, including the five-stage framework (Reveal, Rewire, Regulate, Reclaim, Radiate), are the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute for Sustainable Authority™.

 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, teach, license, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent from the appropriate entity.

 

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Payment Terms

 

All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full program fee or agreed-upon payment plan.

 

Payment plans are binding commitments. Failure to complete installment payments does not release you from your financial obligation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for missed payments.

 

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Because enrollment often includes immediate access to proprietary materials, digital content, and live experiences, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

6. Participant Responsibility

 

You acknowledge that personal and professional growth requires participation and integration. Neither Glamorous Goddess Coaching nor the Institute guarantees specific financial, business, emotional, or relational outcomes.

 

Our work may explore identity, ambition, inherited narratives around productivity and worth, and leadership patterns shaped by systemic performance culture. We do not frame overperformance as individual deficiency; rather, we address the broader cultural systems that reward exhaustion and performative productivity. Implementation and decision-making remain your responsibility.

 

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully in all community spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from a program without refund.

7. SMS Notifications, Alerts & Marketing Communications

 

By opting in to receive SMS notifications from Glamorous Goddess Coaching© and/or the Institute for Sustainable Authority©, you consent to receive SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing communications.

 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We are not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glamorous Goddess Coaching, the Institute for Sustainable Authority©, and their affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation.

 

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program in question.
