Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, content, coaching, educational programs, live experiences, events, assessments, digital products, resources, and communications provided by Glamorous Goddess Coaching LLC (“GGC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the website or purchasing a GGC offering, you agree to these Terms and any additional written terms that apply to your purchase or participation.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase or participate in GGC services unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Nature of GGC Services
GGC provides education, coaching, leadership and personal development, paid programs, workshops, live experiences, assessments, events, resources, digital products, and related services for accomplished women. Services may address perfectionism, over-responsibility, decision-making, delegation, boundaries, relationships, leadership identity, caregiving, emotional labor, burnout, dependency, well-being, and the expectations and habits that can make a woman the person everyone relies on.
3. GGC Services Are Not Therapy or Professional Treatment
GGC services are not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, medical care, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. Although Justine Asante is a licensed marriage and family therapist, participation in GGC does not create a therapist-client relationship. If you need clinical, medical, legal, tax, or financial services, consult an appropriately licensed professional.
4. Program-Specific Agreements
Some services require a separate coaching agreement, enrollment agreement, order form, payment plan, or written scope. Those documents are part of your agreement with GGC. If a signed program-specific agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the program-specific agreement controls for that service.
5. Fees and Payment
Prices, payment schedules, deposits, financing options, and payment terms are stated at checkout, in the applicable offer, or in a written agreement. You authorize GGC and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide according to the terms you accept. You remain responsible for agreed payment obligations unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, withdrawal, refund, and transfer terms vary by service and are stated in the applicable purchase terms or written agreement. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, do not assume that a purchase is refundable or transferable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Scheduling and Participation
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing any preparation you choose to undertake, and communicating scheduling conflicts according to the applicable program terms. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be treated as used sessions when stated in the applicable agreement.
8. Your Responsibility for Decisions and Results
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, relationships, business choices, and outcomes. GGC does not guarantee specific financial, career, business, organizational, emotional, relational, or personal results.
9. Confidentiality
GGC treats information shared in private coaching as confidential subject to applicable law and the written coaching agreement. Group programs require participants to respect one another’s privacy, but GGC cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants. Do not share information in a group setting that you are not comfortable having others know.
10. Community Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and not harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or intentionally disrupt another participant. GGC may remove a participant from a group, event, community, or service for conduct that threatens safety, privacy, program integrity, or the experience of others, subject to any applicable written agreement.
11. Intellectual Property
Website content, program materials, assessments, recordings, worksheets, graphics, curriculum, training materials, and original GGC content are protected by copyright, trademark, contract, and other intellectual property laws. Certain proprietary frameworks and methods used within GGC are owned by Justine Asante and are used by GGC with authorization. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
12. Limited Personal License
When you lawfully purchase or receive GGC materials, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials for your own participation and personal professional development. You may not copy, teach, sell, publish, distribute, license, upload, share, reproduce, create derivative commercial products from, or provide the materials to others without written permission.
13. Recordings
If a program includes recordings, access is limited to the purpose and period stated for that offering. You may not download, copy, redistribute, screen-record, publish, or share recordings unless GGC expressly permits it in writing. GGC will provide notice and obtain any consent required before recording sessions in which participant voices or images are captured.
14. Testimonials, Reviews, and Results
Testimonials and client results reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another participant will obtain the same result. GGC does not knowingly publish fake or misleading testimonials. When identifying details are removed or generalized for privacy, the substance of the experience will not be intentionally misrepresented.
15. Affiliate, Referral, and Third-Party Resources
GGC may recommend third-party services, products, professionals, or resources. Some recommendations may involve affiliate, referral, sponsorship, or partner relationships. Material relationships will be disclosed where required. GGC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third parties.
16. Email and SMS Communications
If you opt in to marketing communications, you can unsubscribe from email through the unsubscribe link and revoke SMS consent through a clear opt-out request. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Administrative and transactional communications may continue when reasonably necessary for an active service or transaction.
17. User Submissions
If you submit comments, questions, feedback, testimonials, reviews, or other material to GGC, you represent that you have the right to submit it. You retain ownership of your original content. If you separately authorize GGC to publish a testimonial, review, image, or other submission, the scope of that permission is governed by the authorization you provide.
18. Prohibited Website Use
You may not use the website or GGC materials to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with security, impersonate another person, scrape or systematically extract protected content, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or use GGC materials to train or develop a competing commercial product or model without written permission.
19. Website Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content, events, program descriptions, resources, or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. Material changes to a purchased service will be handled according to the applicable written agreement and law.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use or participation. For claims directly related to a paid GGC service, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid GGC for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold GGC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.
23. Termination
GGC may restrict or terminate access to the website, digital materials, communities, or services for a material breach of these Terms or applicable program terms. Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms survive termination where applicable.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless a signed program-specific agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim, you and GGC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written notice and direct discussion. If a dispute is not resolved, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in New Jersey, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law allows otherwise.
