Within a discreet, high-caliber cohort of women holding comparable levels of responsibility, Fellows recalibrate how power is carried, regulated, and expressed — strengthening authority presence, boundary precision, and decision clarity under pressure. This is the stage where leadership coherence becomes stable, visible, and sustainable.​
